* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including the dish machine, sinks, and storage areas
* Monitor the dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
* Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
* Keep the dish area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the floor as needed
* Bag and haul dish area trash to the dumpster at designated times
* Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
* Clean food preparation and production areas as required
