Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our food preparation and service areas are safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with putting away and rotating produce and food orders
  • Consistently check all cooking items and tools for quality and cleanliness
  • Use kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, gas stoves, food processors, and blenders, properly and in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure best-in-class practices consistently
  • Properly open and close and clean your station to set yourself and other team members up for success
  • May assist with food prep from time to time
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older, with a strong passion for food and people
  • Previous culinary experience preferred, but not required
  • Team player with a good attitude and works with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to read and follow written recipes and standards
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work in both hot and cool environments
  • Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
  • Self-accountable in upholding high standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and develop
