Job Overview

The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer service.

Experience: Previous experience in managing food and labor costs, menu development, and culinary team leadership is preferred. Experience in contract-managed services is a plus.

Education: A bachelor's degree or a related culinary degree along with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Core Competencies: Leadership and Management skills are essential for success in this role.
