Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Industry-Leading Solutions: Help create and apply industry-leading solutions to the most challenging strategic and organizational issues facing our clients.
  • Drive Analytical Research: Develop analytical fact-based research, thought leadership, and best practices to support strategic decisions in a client-ready format.
  • Lead Client Engagements: Lead interviews with hospital administration, Board, and medical staff leaders; managing, validating, and organizing data collected both from clients and third-party vendors.
  • Present to Clients: Build presentations and completed work product to be presented to clients and Board members.
  • Support Practice Growth: Participate in the development of publications and industry research, and support the needs of the practice beyond client-specific work as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-6 Years of Experience: A minimum of three to six years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, with previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Academic Excellence: A strong history of academic excellence and leadership, personally and professionally.
  • Key Skills: An in-depth understanding of key healthcare trends, information sources, and strategic planning and finance; excellent quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SQL; excellent oral and written communication skills.
