Programs Support Specialist

The Program Support Specialist plays a vital role in the success of C2 Global Professional Services by providing operational support to workforce center staff and technical support for workforce customers within the Career Center Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reviews and examines compliance reports to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Monitors contacts and communications with customers, coordinating required participation hours and filing documentation in the customer's original case file.
• Participates in customer hearings and submits relevant documentation to appropriate parties.
• Seeks out new ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of workforce development and word processing, spreadsheet, technology, and computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, organizational skill, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, Board staff, and the public.
• Ability to develop strategies and solutions.
• High School Diploma or GED required, with one year of relevant experience preferred and bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
