We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Saxon Global. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complex interior systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of various complex Cab Living (Interior) components or systems, from concept development to post-production maintenance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Purchasing, Product Design, Aftermarket/Parts/Service, and Manufacturing, to ensure all needs and requirements are balanced and satisfied.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that components and systems meet all applicable regulatory demands.
  • Leadership: Provide expert leadership to the broader Cab organization, locally and globally, and understand complex injection molded interior component and/or soft trim system designs.
  • Project Delivery: Design and manage deliveries toward project targets for features, cost, and timing.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills (10/10).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with stakeholders, vendors, design teams, etc.
  • Proficiency in CAD/ACAD/CATIA and experience with AUTO, AERO, GROUND VEHICLES.
