Job Overview

We are looking for an individual who can provide top-notch support to our attorneys, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. This role involves communicating with clients, compiling case materials, conducting research, and maintaining organized documentation.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. They should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience working with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and adversaries regarding case developments
  • Prepare case-specific documents, including demand letters, eviction complaints, settlement agreements, and responses to written discovery and pleadings
  • Maintain and update case-related documentation
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
  • Certification or diploma as a Paralegal is preferred
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and court system
  • Strong research skills and ability to work under pressure
