We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective behavior support plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans
  • Provide training and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses to inform treatment planning
  • Participate in assessment and treatment planning processes
  • Attend and participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings as needed
  • Provide information about programming to parents and caregivers
  • Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed to support patient progress
  • Offer feedback on staff performance reviews
  • Assist with new RBT training and onboarding
  • Participate in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
  • Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
  • Positive team player and energetic professional
  • Ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, and programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good judgment and creative thinking skills
