Medical Imaging Specialist for Maine Hospital

Epic Travel Staffing Allied, a leading provider of travel healthcare staffing solutions, is seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join their team at a renowned hospital in Portland, Maine.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work on a 16-week assignment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, operating equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct imaging procedures using Siemens equipment, including nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiac, and oncology PET imaging.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Float between inpatient and outpatient nuclear medicine and PET imaging departments, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Current ME License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiac, and oncology PET imaging.
- BLS certification and CNMT or ARRT(N) registration.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including:
- An estimated weekly gross pay of $💵40.00/hour x 10 hours/week = $400.00 per week, subject to confirmation.
- A tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
