About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth collection of plasma donations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma donations
  • Conduct thorough screening of donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information and vital signs
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize plasma center operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our donors, responding to their needs and concerns

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or phlebotomy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 5 lbs.
