Position Title: Help Desk Analyst 4

Location: Richmond, VA

Contract Duration: 06+ Months

Compensation: $25/HR on W2 (Without Benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, monitor, and resolve issues related to end-user computing hardware and software systems.
  • Deliver Tier 1/2 support to end-users across various office locations.
  • Act as an advocate for users, promoting systems that enhance operational efficiency while adhering to security protocols.
  • Demonstrate integrity by providing optimal solutions and guiding users on effective system utilization.
  • Ensure operational readiness of all end-user computing devices and systems across all office locations, including computers, standard software applications, peripheral devices, network printers, and fax machines.
  • Oversee daily operations for agency end-users by managing Help Desk tickets and internal requests, ensuring timely actions or escalations as necessary.
  • Maintain and update all end-user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network accounts.
  • Create and sustain documentation on collaboration platforms to assist users and business units with their technology needs.
  • Coordinate, track, and update hardware asset information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Provide clear and timely communication regarding readiness status within established deadlines.
