Role Overview:
Culinary Operations Supervisors collaborate closely with the General Manager to manage the daily functions of the dining services at a FiveStar establishment. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, adhering to food safety protocols, overseeing inventory management, training personnel, and driving sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively carry out Customer Service Representative responsibilities.
  • Work in partnership with management to maintain FiveStar service excellence and comply with health and safety standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices, food preparation techniques, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager regarding food service communications and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee staff performance and deliver training in food service operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food service management.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with food service equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically capable of standing, lifting, and working in diverse environments.
