  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Terminology course or Health Unit Coordinator Program preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated keyboard, computer, and telephone proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare facility, including direct patient contact or customer service experience, is highly desirable.

Certifications/Licenses

None required; however, certifications or licenses may be preferred or required based on departmental needs.
