Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic Full-Time Construction/Landscaping Field Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Environmental Management Corp LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in leading teams, ensuring quality, and driving safety initiatives will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Directly supervise and mentor a team of environmental field services specialists
2. Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee exceptional results
3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and address any concerns
4. Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster open communication and collaboration
6. Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory management, and facility upkeep to ensure operational efficiency
7. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes
8. Coordinate with market managers to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
9. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth
10. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements:
Proven track record in leadership and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Compensation Package:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $52,000-$58,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
