Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Follow blueprints and schematics for accurate installations.
  • Utilize both hand tools and power tools to execute plumbing tasks effectively.
  • Perform pipe threading, welding, and soldering as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of plumbing service experience, with a preference for residential expertise.
  • Proficient in installing various piping systems using materials such as cast iron, PVC, and copper.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Desired Qualifications:
  • A valid plumbing license (tradesman, journeyman, or master plumber).
  • OSHA 10 training certification or higher.
