Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized recovery plans for clients
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to coordinate care
  • Provide crisis management and coping strategies
  • Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and aftercare plans

Requirements:

  • Certified CADC I, CADC II, or CADC III per MHACBO.org standards
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) clients
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record
