Handyman Technician

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Northern Virginia Investments. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair our properties.

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Complete punch list items and final touch-ups on construction projects to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Repair and replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances to maintain a safe and functional environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify efficient solutions to resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
