We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellman to join our team at Oglebay. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, directions, and other requests
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with room charges and provide information on resort activities and amenities
- Drive guest shuttle to property activities and restaurants
- Store luggage for guests pending room occupancy
- Assist with guest transportation and provide directions to resort facilities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
