Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and verify all incoming warranty claims from clients for legitimacy.
  • Maintain records and monitor warranty issues and their resolutions.
  • Coordinate warranty service scheduling with project planners.
  • Organize and oversee testing and remediation for hazardous materials for clients.
  • Communicate any updates regarding remediation costs to clients and project teams.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Education: A two-year technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a related role, with customer service experience being advantageous.
