Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate culinary knowledge and technique, with a focus on bakery preparation. They will be able to use a pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will provide quality menu items and food products, taste food items to ensure they meet our standards, and accurately complete production records.

The candidate will also follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen and exhibit a customer-centric attitude. They will work as part of a team and be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs occasionally. Constant standing and walking are required for this role.
