Key Responsibilities:- Engage with and recruit dormant Fusion Connect partners to sell our solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key contacts in assigned partner accounts to drive opportunities to Fusion Connect.
- Reengage with untapped partner base to drive stronger relationships, cultivate insights, and promote pipeline growth.
- Identify and create opportunities that lead to direct funnel generation from partners.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key contacts in assigned partner accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the indirect channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate partners on Fusion Connect products and services to increase their selling capabilities.
- Two or more years' Channel Management experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in Channel Sales.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
