We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Fusion Connect. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through our indirect channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with and recruit dormant Fusion Connect partners to sell our solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts in assigned partner accounts to drive opportunities to Fusion Connect.
  • Reengage with untapped partner base to drive stronger relationships, cultivate insights, and promote pipeline growth.
  • Identify and create opportunities that lead to direct funnel generation from partners.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key contacts in assigned partner accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the indirect channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and educate partners on Fusion Connect products and services to increase their selling capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Two or more years' Channel Management experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
