Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). This part-time position offers flexible evening hours and the opportunity to work close to home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service to track and document the process.
  • Work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Work Schedule:

  • This position requires flexibility and availability to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday.
  • Work hours are typically 2-4 hours per night, with start times between 7:00pm and 8:00pm, and completion times between 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
