Salary

We offer a competitive salary range for our Clinical Nurse Coordinator IMCU position, estimated around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the Intermediate Care Unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care according to established policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse in NH or compact state.
  • Associate Degree.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
