**Speech-Language Pathologist Role at Soliant**
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools to support client progress.
- Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to facilitate client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
