Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions utilizing various techniques and tools.
  • Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate client success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
