**Job Summary**

The Wogan Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of our HUD/LIHTC properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and report on the condition of the property, including buildings, grounds, and tenant units, and arrange for necessary maintenance, repair, and improvement.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and have a strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and HUD processes.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately and timely maintain the computerized property management system, including budget control and purchase order systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations and company policies, including document management and resident relations.
  • Supervise and train on-site personnel, including hiring and firing, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on property performance, including financial and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Strong knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations and affordable housing programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in property management software.
