Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled Label Division Manager to oversee the daily production and operational management of our Label Division. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in narrow web and flexo printing, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional leadership capabilities. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal operation of the Label Division, prioritizing customer satisfaction through effective supervision, organization, and training of all team members.
  • Lead and mentor the team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short-term and long-term performance objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control and logistics oversight.
  • Analyze and prepare workflows, staffing needs, equipment layouts, and action plans to align with company standards for productivity and quality.
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing standards and adhering to legal regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management or operations within the label or flexible packaging sector.
  • Experience in color management and matching.
  • Proven track record in workflow management, systems management, and waste reduction.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • A hands-on management style, willing to engage directly with daily operations.
  • Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role.
