**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a range of home improvement skills and be able to adapt to various tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide construction skills for residential and commercial projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
• Deliver work to client satisfaction

**Requirements**

• Skills in at least three of the following areas:

1. General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
2. Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling
3. Interior and Exterior Painting
4. Drywall Repair and Caulking
5. Minor Plumbing and Electrical
6. Flooring Repair and Installation
7. General Home Repairs and Maintenance

• Additional requirements:

1. Strong customer service and client relations
2. Material management skills
3. Valid driver's license, insurance, and own tools
4. Experience in remodeling or home repair
5. Smartphone with Internet access

**Preferred Qualifications**

Candidates with experience in Residential and Light Commercial Handyman roles are preferred. A positive attitude and ability to work independently are also essential.
