Housekeeping Assistant

We prioritize the health and safety of our residents, staff, and their families by providing essential personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical masks. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for everyone.

• Perform cleaning schedules and assignments with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ensure all areas and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the location of chemicals, ensuring they are stored safely and out of reach of residents.
• Dispose of waste and trash properly, and restock receptacles with approved liners.
• Advises the Environmental Services Director on supply, equipment, and general environmental service needs.
• Responsible for the care and use of supplies and maintenance of equipment used in performance of duties.
• Regularly inspect property and equipment for compliance with safety regulations, reporting repair needs immediately to Maintenance.
• Follow established safety and infection control procedures, and participate in all required in-service training.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to the dress code.
• Report all complaints and grievances made by residents, families, and visiting individuals to the supervisor.
• Adhere to and promote the Code of Conduct.
