Job Overview
Facilitates, develops, and maintains process enhancement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles. Aims to deliver sustainable, impactful outcomes. Promotes a culture of Continuous Improvement within the Quality Division, engaging team members to enhance their workflows and overall customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support ongoing continuous and process enhancement initiatives from concept development, data analysis, execution, to benefit realization.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, ensuring that continuous improvement activities are effectively communicated, understood, and embraced throughout the organization.
  • Implement effective controls to guarantee that process enhancements are maintained over time.
  • Guide and collaborate with colleagues as necessary to ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in crafting new procedures and methodologies for processes by applying lean principles and tools.
  • Identify potential areas for continuous improvement in both corporate and manufacturing settings.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful implementation of continuous improvement / Lean / Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated to meet or exceed deadlines, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Experience in facilitating multi-day kaizen events and workshops with cross-functional teams, from manufacturing personnel to executive leadership.
