Job Overview:
Online Order Filling associates focus on efficiently processing and preparing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging products while ensuring order accuracy prior to customer pickup. Associates are also responsible for making suitable product substitutions and communicating with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
