About the Role

As a Team Manager at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and logistics to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience with 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
