About the Position:

This grant-funded position offers a 12-month term of service and opportunities for multiple year and consecutive appointments. As a research faculty member, you will contribute to the advancement of knowledge in marine science, engaging in significant areas of research or scholarship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage externally funded research projects
  • Pursue grant funding opportunities to support your research program
  • Contribute to departmental committees and graduate student supervisory committees

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a marine-relevant area or engineering
  • Proven track record of research accomplishment through publication in peer-reviewed journals
