Job Description

INTEGRIS Health Hospice House, a leading not-for-profit health system, is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This PRN day position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals and prioritizing the physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs of patients.
  • Assist with mealtime, record activities, and provide oversight to patient safety issues.
  • Perform delegated tasks and procedures, including catheter care, enema administration, and assisting with patient admissions.
  • Collect specimens, take vital signs, and provide care for post-op surgery patients.
  • Participate in additional Hospice duties, such as nutrition and skin care, and assist with treatments.

Requirements:

  • Oklahoma Certified Nursing Assistant or Long Term Care certification is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
