Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch towing and recovery services for customers, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including GPS and fleet management software, to track and manage driver and vehicle locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with drivers and customers, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple service requests simultaneously, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and according to company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
