Clinical Director for Dialysis Operations

About the RoleThe Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to direct patient care staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Manage daily clinical operations, including patient care planning, medication administration, and treatment delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and CMS standards.
- Provide guidance and support to direct patient care staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address patient needs.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including patient charts and facility reports.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in a dialysis setting.
- Current RN licensure and certification in CPR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
