Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per yearJob OverviewThe Nighttime Mental Health Support Specialist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive support services to adults with mental health/substance use disorders in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide crisis intervention and support services to residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social service agencies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in mental health support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in a related field and relevant experience are required.
