- Collaborate with clients to identify their strengths and goals, and develop personalized employment plans.
- Conduct group and one-on-one sessions to promote job readiness, independence, and integration into the workforce.
- Work closely with clients to address any challenges or barriers to employment, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities/autism.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to transport clients in own vehicle.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and attention to detail.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
