Position Overview

As the eCommerce Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be the daily oversight and enhancement of our North American digital commerce activities. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Ecommerce for North America, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals while ensuring a high level of consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute trade performance reports
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs
  • Oversee website functionality and operations
  • Work in partnership with cross-departmental teams
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and manage return rates
  • Manage regional consumer data privacy regulations
  • Support various ad hoc projects as needed
Required Skills:
  • At least three years of experience in ecommerce
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with GA360/GA4 analytics tools
