We are seeking a skilled Table Games Dealer to join our team at L' Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet Guests and Provide Excellent Service: Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our customers.
- Explain Table Games: Explain the rules and procedures of various table games to our gaming customers.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures, state gaming regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage Transactions: Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.
- Communicate with Team Members: Notify the Floor Supervisor of any customer needs, such as cocktails or host service, and report any unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor.
- Valid State Gaming License: Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age.
- Previous Experience: Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training.
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
