We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Table Games Dealers at L' Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing games, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our customers
  • Explain aspects of various table games to our gaming customers
  • Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies, state Gaming Regulations, and internal controls
  • Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets quickly and accurately
  • Notify the Floor Supervisor of any customer needs
  • Report any unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training
  • Must be willing to be interviewed and auditioned
  • Must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
