Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 years equivalent work experience in business, supply chain and operations management; particularly within the agriculture and construction parts sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall distribution center planning, organization, and operations to ensure efficient production and delivery goals are achieved.
  • Utilize software, data, and analytics to optimize operations, track production metrics, and anticipate/resolve problems.
  • Implement improvements in Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Delivery by partnering with logistics and other departments.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing individuals who adhere to the organization's standards.
  • Achieve all KPIs set for the Distribution Center by Leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5 years equivalent work experience in business, supply chain and operations management.
  • Advanced computer knowledge including e-mail, Word, and Excel software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per year. Based on industry standards and requirements of the role, as well as location and qualifications.
