Facility Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in project management and supervision.
  • Current state journeyman or master electrician license and expiration date.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • OSHA 30 certification and ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
