Electrical Foreman Job Description

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our electrical construction crew, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems, lighting retrofits, and other electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct electrical construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Train and mentor junior electrical staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading electrical construction crews.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
