Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet company standards.
  • Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve interdepartmental issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on production progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Physical stamina to perform sustained light physical effort (20lbs or less).
