Facilities Maintenance Technician Role Overview:

  • Oversee and Execute Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders
  • Coordinate and Manage Contractor Activities for Projects and Repairs
  • Solicit and Evaluate Bid Proposals, Process Purchase Orders
  • Conduct Troubleshooting, Repairs, and Preventive Maintenance on Facility Equipment
  • Administer Ground Maintenance and Facility Contracts
  • Support Project and Shutdown Operations, Including Structural Repairs and Enhancements
  • Develop and Revise Drawings, Conduct Job Hazard Analyses
  • Employ Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to Record Activities

4 Years of Relevant Experience

Technician III Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in a Relevant Technical Discipline

6 Years of Relevant Experience
