Job Summary:

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Shaw's, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, associates, and business partners. Your primary responsibilities will include preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You will also be responsible for identifying potential concerns through the use of video surveillance and other systems, and ensuring that the store is a secure environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor store areas for signs of fraud, theft, and other security breaches
  • Identify potential security concerns through video surveillance and other systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and control shrink
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to ensure a secure environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
