Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Surgical Specialty Unit at Methodist Hospital Texsan. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions within the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient admission and discharge processes to provide patient-centered care
  • Assess the quality of patient care services and collaborate with the management team
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary
  • Assist with interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
  • Manage staff scheduling and oversee supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a diploma or degree
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment
