Role Overview

About the Position

As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, doctors, and support staff to drive sales growth and enhance store reputation. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate value to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, doctors, and support staff to drive sales growth and enhance store reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Optician to ensure accurate measurements and recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
