About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Manager to lead our MXOne firefighting turbine division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division, including strategy development, operations, sales, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals across various functions, including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the MXOne product line.
  • Sales and Business Development: Oversee sales strategies and drive business development efforts to expand market share.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Financial Management: P&L responsibility of the division, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to guide the development of new products and enhancements to the MXOne.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities within the division adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in the firefighting apparatus or critical equipment industry, including product development and production management, sales, marketing, and business development, customer support, and background in industrial, municipal, or wildland firefighting.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial Management: P&L responsibility and budgeting
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required
